The position as Master Data Coordinator allows you to work in a dedicated, open-minded team in an international organization where using innovative technology to help seniors is our core business.

You will work from our bright, spacious office close to the Central Station in Malmö with many places to go for lunch, close to shopping and gyms. After the pandemic, we have a flexible approach allowing you to work two days per week remote.
About the position
This position is part of our operations team including purchasing, sales back office, supply chain, logistics and quality. Within this larger team, you will join the smaller logistics team having colleagues in both France and Hong Kong. In this role, you will be reporting to the Global Logistics Director. This position includes:
- Setting up data in Doro systems, for example, Navision and PIM
- Work with maintenance of data
- Handle data in external databases
- Shipment method file management
- Validate that existing data is correct
- Develop and make the way of working more effective
Are you the one?
In this role, you must be responsible and able to work autonomously. You are a curious person, able to support your colleagues, take initiative and suggest improvements to the work and process.
The position requires expert knowledge in Excel, knowledge in database management and general IT/network knowledge. The perfect candidate has experience in several or all of the systems below:
- Expert in Excel, this one is a must
- Navision
- InRiver
- Access
Qualifications – You should:
- Relevant education
- A few years of experience from a similar position
